About This
- Beautiful - Large premium packet of Chocolate Cherry Sunflower (Helianthus var. Chocolate Cherry) seeds. Stunning 5-8" blooms have dark chocolate centers and deep mahogany or burgundy petals. Plant grows 6-7' in height and branches heavily. Makes an excellent cut flower and is a great wedding or party favor. Minimum of 1.5 g per packet (about 45 seeds).
- Productive - Sunflowers germinate in 5-12 days when soil temps are 65-75°F. Plant 1” deep and space 24” apart in an area with full sunlight. This variety will grow 6-7’ tall with a spread of 18-30”. Flowers will mature in 70-85 days, plant in USDA zones 3-11.
- Pollinator Friendly - Bees and butterflies love sunflowers and will help pollinate your garden. Towards the end of the season, birds love eating the dried seeds.
